Why can’t you juice on Slimming World?

Slimming World view juicing and making smoothies as much of the same thing. Either way, you are breaking down fruit or vegetables to make them easier for you to consume. The reason they do not like this is that they state it is easier for you to consume more calories and over eat as such if you juice or make smoothies.

In my opinion, it is more important to ensure you get all the nutrients you need than worry about eating too many calories of fruits and vegetables for example. Other diets don’t always have an issue with juicing so it is entirely up to you.

Remember that whilst it is your weight loss or healthy lifestyle it is your choice what you eat and drink.

Conclusion

Whilst the perfect diet will be a healthy mixture of fruit and vegetables cooked into meals and eaten raw this isn’t easy for some people. If you don’t enjoy many vegetables then juicing them can ensure you still get their nutrients.
