Hey everybody. I just hit my day 90 since training calisthenics. My goal was and is getting a lower fat percentage and gain muscle/strenth to do those cool calisthenics tricks/skills. I’m proud of the progress I made and because of that I wanted to share this 🙂

![M/41/5’4 [270 >155 = 115 lbs] Just thought I’d share this here as well. I did it mainly with Intermittent Fasting with some Periodic prolonged fasts.
