Cooking With an Air Fryer
Batch Cook – Storage Information
- Fridge: Allow to cool and then store in the fridge for 3 – 4 days. Can be enjoyed cold or reheated.
- Reheat: Yes you can reheat in the air fryer, splash with a little water first.
- Freezer: Freeze after coating the chicken. Do not cook… Do not thaw, cook from frozen. Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Air Fryer Crispy Fried Chicken
- 1.2kg Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs [Skin Off]
- 4 Eggs [Beaten]
- 120g Plain Flour
- 120g Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Garlic Clove [Crushed]
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Low Calorie Cooking Spray

Place all of the skinless chicken into the beaten egg.

Add all of the fry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Place all of the chicken into the fry mixture and ensure all of the chicken is well coated.

Place all of the chicken back into the beaten egg and repeat the process.

Add the oil to your air fryer and preheat for 2 minutes at 200°C

Coat the chicken well with the oil spray – the flour needs to look mostly yellow from the spray.

Air-fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, turning and re-spraying halfway through cooking.
