M/26/6’0” [230lbs > 197lbs = 33lbs lost] (6 months) Getting discouraged
I went from 255lbs in August 2023 to 197lbs in May 2024. I just started working out almost a month ago, First two weeks were a lot of at home dumbbell workouts, and I’ve been going to the gym these last two weeks consistently. Weight loss is going fine, but kinda discouraged because I thought I would at least notice modest differences in muscle, but I don’t see any at all. Maybe expectations are too high. Trying to do PPL routine, but don’t know if I’m doing anything right.
