Start an exercise program. If you stay active your mind will be occupied with other things besides food so you will not hunger for food. It is suggested that you drink at least 7-8 glasses of orange juice a day. In addition, you should also drink an additional 6-7 glasses of water. This will keep your body adequately hydrated daily.
