F/31/5’7” [355lbs>199.7lbs=155.3](11 months, 10 days)Had my first month with no weight loss & was feeling down about it. I didn’t gain, but was still feeling crappy until I started looking at old pics. Gotta remember where I started, how far I’ve come & not to let my insecurities get to me so much😌
