My answer to this question is yes and no. I am the first to admit that I purchase my lipsticks, nail polish, and mascara at the drugstore. I am always trying the latest new products that come out. If I do not like them, I throw them away. Since I have not paid much, it is not a problem. I believe most stores will give you a refund if you are not happy with the goods you purchased.
Store-bought products might bring you success if you have a complexion that does not include any special issues. The products in your major stores have to be in the low or middle range as far as effectiveness. They cannot be too strong, since the market has to reach the majority of the population. If you follow a daily regime, hopefully, you will see some type of result.
