Amanda Bynes just recently spoke out about her 30 pound weight loss in December 2025. The former Nickelodeon star shared a picture of herself on her Instagram stories on December 22 writing, “I usually don’t like paparazzi pictures bc I was 180lbs but now I’ve lost 28lbs on Ozempic! I’m down to 152lbs. I know I still look big but this photo is really inspiring to me.”

Amy Schumer
Amy Schumer had a major transformation in 2025, but it wasn’t for vanity; it was for survival. The comedian made headlines for her slimmer figure but had to clear up misconceptions from fans and the public.
On Monday, December 1, Schumer posted an Instagram Reel revealing she had lost a whopping 50 pounds. She wrote with text on the video, “I had a disease that makes your face extremely puffy that can kill you, but the internet caught it, and the disease has cleared.”

In April 2025, Chrissy Metz told the Daily Mail that she had lost 100 pounds thanks to consistent weight training.
“I have always enjoyed strength training. I’ve always enjoyed lifting weights … I don’t want to run unless I’m being chased,” the This Is Us actress said. “I want to age the best way that I can, and I want to be strong. And that’s really the impetus behind any of it.”

Lizzo has been open and candid about her weight-loss journey, sharing both the triumphs and challenges along the way.
On January 25, 2025, she celebrated a major milestone in an Instagram post: “I did it,” Lizzo said. “Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven’t seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!”
Later in the year, on December 4, she addressed the harsh reality of fat-shaming. Posting a photo of herself in a bright yellow bikini, she wrote: “Today I saw a fat joke about me— in 2025—and it was viral. It was a dumb joke and they were just laughing at me because I’m fat…. Let me be a reminder to everyone to NEVER let anyone shame you for what you choose to do with your body. Because when you’re big they talk sh*t, when you’re small they talk sh*t. Your body will never be good enough for them because it’s not FOR them. It’s for you.”

Melissa McCarthy returned to the Saturday Night Live stage on December 6, and her noticeably slimmer appearance quickly sparked headlines.
While she hasn’t directly addressed her recent weight loss, the actress previously spoke about her mindset around health in a 2018 interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club.
“I think everybody’s always kind of working on something,” she said. “If I can de-stress and just do it slower and stop constantly trying to be on something… it actually worked better.” She added, “I was like, ‘I’m just gonna mellow out, give myself a break.’”

Since starting his weight loss journey in 2022, Post Malone has lost 55 lbs total he said in a June 2024 appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
During the podcast, Malone said that some fans unfortunately, had assumed he had started using drugs.
“I remember, whenever I started losing my weight, everybody was like, ‘Hey, this is what meth looks like,’ and I started dancing on stage and having fun and having more energy and just enjoying life again, you know what I mean,” he told host Joe Rogan. “Like I mentioned, I was s—– for a long time, but I had my baby and I’m in a great f—— spot and then the first thing that happens is like, ‘Oh he’s on f—— drugs.’ ”

Jelly Roll’s transformation has been one of the most dramatic in recent years. In April 2024, he told People that he was walking two to three miles a day, several times a week, along with sauna sessions, cold plunges, and healthier eating habits.
“I plan on losing another 100, 100-and-something,” he said at the time.
By August 2025, the singer revealed he had officially lost 200 pounds, a milestone shared in a video released by the NFL’s Tennessee Titans. And in a recent interview with Men’s Health, he credited his lifestyle changes to taking it all one step at a time.
