F/19/5’7” [110lbs > 116lbs = 4lbs] (1 month) today marks a month since I first started to recover from my eating disorder. Not a huge change physically but mentally I feel like a new person. It’s not been easy and I’ve had periods of relapse but I keep telling myself it’ll be worth it.
