F/25/5’4 [196>164=32lbs](9 months) GW: 140lbs
Lost weight by reducing calorie intake to roughly 1500cal a day. I usually incorporate a small amount of exercise at least once a week (pickleball, Pilates, weights) I’ve gone from a size 14 to size 10 in pants and size XL to L in shirts. Waist has gone from 35in to 30in. My goal weight is 140lbs and I’m hoping to be there by next summer! I genuinely can’t believe that I used to look like that…
