January 2023 to August 2024. I’ve been working at this for years now and I’m finally getting to a place where I’m seeing and feeling a magnificent difference. I have been working on conditioning and form in the gym. I mostly lift weights. 🏋️ but I do cardio in some form daily as well. 5 days a week, push pull routines. Ask me anything!
