F/29/5’4 [185lbs > 130lbs = 55lbs] met weight goal, now to tone/build muscle
It’s been a long journey but I finally met my weight goal! I no longer have access to a gym. Any home work out suggestions? Ideally I’d like to lose belly fat, firm up my thighs and arms, and have a more pronounced butt. Thanks!
