F/29/5’8” [230ish lbs > 177lbs = 53ish lbs] |9 months| Same outfit, was hoping to see a bigger difference
Got serious after new years so I officially usually count from there, however I tried on a dress I wore at the beginning of December and was a little sad to not feel that different.
I’ve been counting calories and more recently focusing on trying to get more protein. I work out with light cardio for 20-30 minutes about 5/6 days a week. First goal is 160 but ultimate goal is where I feel healthy in a sustainable way.
