So started Invisalign about 14 months ago. It made me start intermittent fasting as I was only allowed to have my trays out for 2 hours a day. Have lost 60lbs so far, got a long way to go.
Really happy with the straighter teeth. Did some teeth whitening as well, and a little composite bonding on the two front teeth. Have always been insecure about my smile, I can smile with my mouth open now!
(Ignore my tissue on my hand, I couldn't find a plaster so had to use kitchen roll and tape 😭)
