Know your body. FitTrack Dara measures more than just your weight. FitTrack uses advanced Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology. When you stand on a FitTrack monitor, a very low, safe electrical signal is sent from four metal electrodes through your feet to your legs and abdomen.The electrical signal passes quickly through water that is present in hydrated muscle tissue but meets resistance when it hits fat tissue. This resistance, known as impedance, is measured and input into scientifically validated FitTrack equations to calculate body composition measurements. Body composition measurements are provided in under 20 seconds.

Getting Started

It’s easy to get started. You simply need to follow these steps below

1. Scan the QR code on the manual or the back of the scale to download the app.

2. Insert 4 AAA batteries at the back of your FitTrack scale.

3. Turn on your FitTrack scale.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphone

5. Select “My Device” on “Me” page and then the “+” sign at the top left.

6. Select your FitTrack. It will be connected to your smartphone.
