M/23/6″2 [345lbs>325lbs=20lbs+] (2 months) progress
Ive been working out consistently for 3 years, but let myself go for almost a year. The blessing and curse of add has led me to several transformations through my life. The curse of this is that I am either all in or all out. What I mean by that is I will binge and not move a muscle for months on end and then do everything all at once. Im trying to make this a permanent thing, by forcing myself to go every morning. So far this habit has ingrained itself in me. im 325 now, the goal is 270/250 depending on how the skin reacts to the weight loss. But i have been noticing the fat shedding off, it just doesn't reflect on the scale much, because im gaining so much muscle on top of that. Definitely lost more than 20lbs though. Regardless for 2 months this is insane progress, for that i am happy
