M/25/5’8”[147lbs>108lbs=39lbs 24months] Gaining need help
I like lifting weights, i have been going to the gym for almost 2 years now(on and off sometimes)
I was really skinny put on some muscle, made progress from 51kg to 67kg
Little info: Preparing for some exam so live at home with parents, diet is a big issue
Need help:
1. I hit a plateau and did not break it rather i lost motivation and my performance declined, lost some muscle mass too
2. I want to get big and i am unable too eat, its really difficult as Traditional indian diet is super carb heavy with less protein.
3 . I can cook but it takes lot of time and i really can’t afford losing time, stress is also there
4. Earlier i usually stuck to a similar routine and plan (brosplit usually ppl sometimes), starting each workout with a compound lift, now i just drift like anything do a bunch of different exercises and not focus on compund lifts, please suggest me a good workout splits(exercises if there would be great)
I really need help, i am really passionate about the things i do however i have failed to balance.
I want to get big and build a classic physique and qualify the exam
Please help me
