M/27/6’3” [120kg>85kg<100kg] 12 years progress
2012 – Age 15 – 120kg – had more rolls than a bakery, couldn’t lift a weight and could barely run 10 steps
2019 – Aged 22 – 85kg – had 0 energy, some strength but really felt exhausted, a rebound was imminent
2024 – Aged 27 – 100kg – gained some kg’s in COVID and went up to 110kg, in the last 10 months I’ve kept things relatively good with my eating and increased my training intensity. Strongest and fittest I’ve ever been.
