M/29/6’1” [196lbs > 180lbs] – 6 months. After hitting a rough patch, I’m trying to pick myself up and I’m liking it.

I got injured in a motorcycle accident and lost a family member. I had no motivation to take care of myself and I was starting to develop a beer gut. A Friend of mine convinced me to start BJJ a year ago and I started going to the gym a little after that. This is the best I’ve felt in some years 🙂
