F/22/5’4” [164.6lbs > 155lbs = 9.6lbs] (7 weeks) Over 230lbs most of my childhood, got down to 180lbs and stayed there for awhile. I’m most proud of my stomach area, never thought that would move! Still got a long way to go🖤
