Time frame and starting weight are approximate. I didn't weigh myself consistently when I was that big. I've been been on a weight roller-coaster my whole life. Grew up fat, at 19 lost 150ish pounds through extreme dieting and cardio. Years later I discovered Powerlifting and bodybuilding. Dreamer bulked up to the size in the first picture. Realized I was too fat and slowly cut down. In the last few years I decided to switch careers and become a personal trainer so I took my fitness to the next level.
