Are Topical or Transdermal Fat Loss Creams for Real?
I can say from experience that topical fat loss creams are for real. They do not spot reduce per se, but they nudge the “sticky fat” from those hard to lose areas such as the love handles, lower abs and man boobs. In men, we naturally hold fat in certain areas due to body chemistry.
There are certain supplements when taken in high enough dosages can stoke the body’s ability to burn these fatty deposits. The main supplement that works great for burning “sticky” fat is Yohimbine Hydrochloride. The problem is to take a high enough dose systemically, ie. to ingest enough, often causes negative side effects such as nausea and nervousness.
The solution is to deliver the Yohimbine Hydrochloride through a hydro-alcoholic gel. Bodybuilders have known for years that this is the solution to getting absolutely ripped in trouble areas, especially the lower abs.
Many sufferers of pseudo-gynecomastia, ie. man boobs, could benefit from transdermal creams if their overall body fat levels are around 10%, but just can’t seem to get rid of the lower chest fat. Most formulations will have caffeine since Yohimbine Hydrochloride will tend to make you hold some water at the site of application. The caffeine acts as a diuretic.
I have taken Yohimbine HCL orally and through the topical cream. I can say the tablets caused an enhancement in sexual function, but nominal weight loss. The transdermal creams made with Yohimbine Hydrochloride worked very well, especially in my lower chest areas.
Having been on testosterone replacement therapy for years, I developed gyno and was often embarrassed to take my shirt off. Since the issue was fat and not a glandular hard cyst, the transdermal fat loss creams helped mobilize the fat and tighten up my overall chest.
You still need to be on a very clean diet, with plenty of water, protein, and fasted cardio, but the results can be enhanced with the topical fat loss creams. I use the cream twice per day after getting out of the shower. It helps if you clean the target area with a body scrub.
The gel has a menthol type of smell and icy feel. I often sweat more during cardio while using the gel as well. There are many before and after pictures on bodybuilding forums that showcase the effects of transdermal fat loss gels.
In order for the topical fat loss gels to work, you must be dedicated and dieting religiously, but the results are well worth the effort.
