BodyBot Review – Is the Body Bot Software a Scam?

Have you heard of the workout robot called the BodyBot? The idea of this robot sounded really weird to me at first, but it is exactly what Ryan has created. It is a program that is supposed to help people create and customize their own body workout program based on their own fitness levels and the muscles that they want to train.

1. What Types of Exercises are in the Bodybot?

All the exercises are from Ryan’s workout program, which has been hailed by Men’s Fitness Magazine as the The World’s Fastest Workout. His program has also been featured on the cover of Millionaire Blueprints Magazine as The Future of Fitness. I found that many of his exercises emphasize on speed, and how to achieve the most results in the shortest amount of time possible.

2. How Has The BodyBot Helped Me?

Firstly, I get the powerful workout system with all the exercises inside this program. All the exercises are demonstrated in a video format, and there was nothing I needed to learn and memorize, since Ryan will demonstrate all the exercises himself, including the number of sets and reps. I can also customize my own training program based on the muscle groups that I want to build or tone.

3. Why Should You Use BodyBot?

Another important thing is that I have achieved much better fat loss progress as a result of using BodyBot. All the exercises are very intense with short resting periods. It is very hard not to follow the program once you press “play” and start the workout.

In fact, you may find that the robot delivers 4 minute a day exercises and still achieves good weight-loss results. By limiting your workout time, you will maximize the EPOC in your body. EPOC stands for Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption. It’s a scientific way of describing the calories you burn after you are done exercising. With aerobic training, once you’re done, you no longer burn calories. But with high intensity exercise (even as short as 4 minutes at a time) your body continues to burn calories for up to 2 days after.
