Dieting is a properly planned meal that is not required by everyone, every time. Doctors advise everyone to be careful with their weight if it is increasing or decreasing. Because weight gain is not only harmful but also decreases, weight is also harmful.
People have different personalities of their own. Some have heavy figures with high weight, but doctors do not recommend them to exercise due to some other reasons. It may cause osteoporosis. On the other hand, there will be many people who will pray fatly but doctors will not advise them to diet.
People should be aware of certain things before going for exercise. It is very important that you should exercise or diet when you have all the information about yourself and your doctor will allow you to diet.
•What is the lifestyle of a person who wants to diet?
•Do they have any patient with high blood pressure of heart disease? He should have his complete family history.
•He should have details about his weight history.
•If his weight was troubled at any stage of his life, what was the reason behind it?
•There should be proper description about his body shape. According to a research byNational Institutes of Health, a woman’s waist circumference should not exceed 35 and men’s circumference should not exceed 40. It is risky for health.
•What about his health profile? Is he suffering from some disease? On the other hand, if he has any disease like blood pressure in his family history.
•Seriously, if one does not feel well, then one must identify the reason for the weight gain.
Who should go for dieting?
Tara Gidus, RD, a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, says it’s okay if you’re fit and fat, but it’s not good if you’re unfit and fat. If you are gaining weight then you should do dieting and exercise to lose weight.
Vincent Pera, MD, says it depends on the case and the person whether he needs dieting because everyone has a different physique. He is the director of the weight management program at Miriam Hospital, Brown University. He explains that there are many factors responsible for obesity here but they are unknown to us. We are doing our research on this.
Some other researchers think that losing weight with dieting is not easy for everyone and we are exploring the reasons why it is so. Many others say that some people have many other problems with obesity such as osteoporosis, diabetes, blood pressure and high blood pressure. However, there are many others who are obese but do not have such issues.
In a word, it is unclear if dieting and exercise suits everyone. People with different types of physique have different types of diet programs. There should be proper information about themselves, their family history and the diet they are taking. In this way, they can benefit from dieting.
