F/21/6’0” [341lbs > 218lbs = 123lbs] (18 months) Trans girl. I started HRT 16 months ago and I know that there is still room for improvement both transition- and weight loss-wise but I am glad that most of the excess weight is gone. I have tried ”MtF” as my gender but that’s not accepted.
