F/25/5’5” [225ish > 140 = 85lb] | 1.5years | Physical, Mental, and Emotional glow up

The picture on the left is the most embarrassed and insecure I have ever been in my body. I weighed around 225, maybe more, I was struggling with my mental health and physical health and overall I hated myself. The picture on the right shows just how much I’ve changed. I’m strong, confident, and happy. I stand up for myself, I am secure in who I am and what I stand for, and I feel like all of that shows in this picture.
