Working on healing not only my relationship with food but also the scale after only being weighed at the doctor for the last 10 years. 4-6 days in the gym per week and an average of 15,000 steps per day thanks to the massive restaurant that I serve at. 16:8 intermittent fasting and focusing on adding lots of tasty veggies to my diet rather than taking things away.
