F/27/5’8” [160 > 125 = 35] (~4 months) lost weight by playing Pokémon Go 🎮✨

I’ve been between 115 and 130 lbs my entire adult life, but I gained a ton of weight last year due to poor mental health and medication that caused weight gain. I wanted something fun to motivate me to be more active, so I picked up Pokémon Go for the first time since it was released in 2016 (lolll). This, in combination with getting off the meds, made the weight melt right off. Now working on body recomposition with yoga!🧘🏼‍♀️✨
