It isn't a huge difference, but being able to see progress of how much work I've put in feels fantastic! I didn't realise until I took the after pic how much my skin had improved.
Method is calorie counting and strength training every second day 💪
Had my first month with no weight loss & was feeling down about it. I didn’t gain, but was still feeling crappy until I started looking at old pics.
