8 months progress π₯Ή Sometimes its really hard to see progress until you put two photos together and look at the changes side by side.
I went from a cycle of YOYO dieting and eating <1200 calories per day which ALWAYS resulted in a binge, to eating around 2000 and learning how to fuel my body properly.
I am hoping someone here may be able to offer some advice on calories moving forward π«Ά I have been in a slight deficit for the last 4 months and have lost around 25lbs. I am eating approximately 2000 a day now and have been in a plateau for around 4 weeks. I am not sure if I need to go back into a deficit or if I should stay at maintenance to gain some more muscle? Any advice would be so appreciated with this π I train 4-5 times a week in the gym, run around 25K per week (for mental health benefits) and walk as much as possible.
