F/28/5’5” [154lbs > 123lbs = 31lbs] Side Profile Issue
Sooo just wanted some input… although I’ve lost a good amount of weight, I feel like I have a pooch or that my stomach sticks out a lot more than others. Am I just being delusional or is this a real problem? No kids, I do pelvic floor exercises, etc. Is it just bad genetics? Lll
