F/31/5’2″ [211.1 > 128.3 = 82.8 lbs] 14 months. I went from XL scrubs to XS scrubs and I ran my first 5k last weekend! I’m about 3lbs from my goal weight! These last 10 lbs have taken forever to drop though!
