F/36/5’4″[248lbs > 137lbs = 111 lbs] My monthly post. Only down a few lbs since last month, but officially over 110lbs lost in 23 months! Started strength training last month as well.
Portion control. No sweets, originally no alcohol but now I have beers here and there on weekends. I did cardio in the beginning, fell off the exercise wagon for a while and now started strength training. I have a goal of 125 lbs.
The answer is YES. I have loose skin. My loose skin is mostly on my abdomen and inner thighs. My thighs are bumpy now, too. I only have my sights set on a boob lift right now. I went from a large D to a B cup.
I did this to save my life. I'm enjoying it a little more each, day but it is HARD. I hope that someone my age (or any age, really) can see this and realize they can do it, too.
