I can’t believe I’m down 100lbs! 7 months ago, I was hemming and hawing about whether or not to get gastric sleeve surgery and worrying I’d regret it. I’m so happy I did it! It’s been difficult but worth it to not feel controlled by food anymore.
I still have a long way to go with body recomposition and I’d like to get under 200lbs. I’d also really like to build my strength back up and get back into powerlifting next year.
