Take pictures in your clothes too! My underwear shots left me underwhelmed, but side by side in clothing I think the change is noticeable! Try on those jeans you didn’t think would fit.

Tracking CICO every day and joined the gym 7 weeks ago, working out minimum 3 times per week but usually 4 or 5.
