Thought I’d post this here. Feeling a bit embarrassed about it but kind of amazed I got here. After my 4th baby at 40 my body was a shambles. I had terrible diastasis and worked with a physio and in the gym for a long and consistent time to close the gap and regain my strength.
Happy to be back healthy and strong and now with my tubes tied 😂
