I’ve been losing weight off and on for a good while but really dialed it in since April, when I found myself back up at 140lbs. Hoping I don’t look overweight now. I’m in training for distance cycling since August and I’m getting better! I would like to look leaner but this is basically my shape so not sure what I’ll look like in 10 more pounds.
