The feeling of stability and security in a home is like setting the foundation for a future. It’s the beginning of new memories and the start of creating a legacy. But things don’t always turn out as planned, so what does that mean? What happens when you’ve worked so hard for your dreams only for them to become a nightmare? Your dreams and aspirations aren’t supposed to bring you havoc and turmoil. It wasn’t long before they heard about her unauthorized landscaping and they fined her $5,000. She ended up in court after not paying the money and was forced to get rid of all of precious plants. To top it all off, the legal fees cost her an extra $10,000. That’s how she learned to always read the HOA guidelines before she started with any landscaping ideas. He never consulted a professional when he decided to equip his bathroom with a new shower and things soon turned south. The authorities had to step in and charge Samantha with criminal charges and property damage. With friends like these, who needs enemies?
