This transformation is from 2 years ago, where I peaked. NGL, I need motivation to keep improving after two years not so good. Also, in the second picture I was in perfect lighting after a upper body workout, IRL I never looked that way. Also I was very skinny at 57 kg, not a healthy bodyweight for a guy my height.

I followed a push pull legs workout routine 6 times a week (I don't believe training that much is necessary), eating a cleaning vegan diet slightly below maintenance. Almost never cardio. Sleep habits could have been better.
