M/25/5’10” [230 > 180 = 50lbs] (16 months)

Kind of in a weird spot right now where I want to build muscle and athletic performance so I’ve been eating a lot more to compensate, but I’ve still kind of got the fat kid mentality where more calories = bad and I feel like I’m just getting fat instead of building muscle. I’ve put on 10 pounds in about 2 months and it scares me a bit, so kinda want some second opinions on how much fat vs muscle I’ve gained since my low of 170. Besides that, super happy with where I’ve gotten from where I started!
