M/27/6’0″ [330lbs to 227lbs] (18 months) 103lbs down all natural dieting and exercise.
I've been dieting and exercise for about 18 months now. The last few months have been aimed at muscle growth but previously was just looking for weight loss. It's still crazy to me seeing this side by side.
