M/28/6’3″[194,7lbs>196,4lbs=+1,7lbs] 90 day progression
Hey everybody. I just hit my day 90 since training calisthenics. My goal was and is getting a lower fat percentage and gain muscle/strenth to do those cool calisthenics tricks/skills. I’m proud of the progress I made and because of that I wanted to share this 🙂
