M/29/6’0” [185lbs > 200.5lbs = 15.5lbs] (7 months) Bulk progress
Eight weeks out from my third strongman competition. Started doing a “dirty bulk”, if you will, the past few months to really pack on mass. This means I’m focusing on caloric intake (protein/carbohydrates) and not so much on my fats (hence why I have a nice layer of blubber covering my abs). Workouts in the prep typically consist of 700-1200 calories burned, in addition to a cardio session following that can range anywhere from 150-400 calories.
