Weightloss Pictures

M/31/5’11” [252.65lbs > 244.7lbs = 7.95lbs] 2 months. I started 2024 at 260lbs but didn’t get a photo until mid-Jan. Tracking CICO every day and joined the gym 7 weeks ago, working out minimum 3 times per week but usually 4 or 5. Really struggling with motivation as I’m not seeing much progress :(
