M/31/5’8” [177lbs > 167lbs = 10lbs] (1 month) Cutting Progress
Current physique. Started at 177 lbs on July 23rd, now at 167 lbs.
I’ve been focusing on maintaining muscle while cutting. What strategies do you prioritize to keep muscle mass intact while dropping fat?
