M/33/5’9 [320 > 215 = 105 lb] (28 Months) Probably have not been at this weight since middle school. Still pushing through, and have had a lot of help from my sister as far as nutrition goes. I’m not sure if I have an ultimate goal but I am glad to have come this far.

This is a 3 month difference. (Exercise, eating healthier, yoga, and water!) Started eating smaller portions, less snacking and eating real food (like trading chips for popcorn).
