M/37/5’10” [203 > 185 = 18 lbs] 6 months – slow and steady 4.5 months sober
Such a slow change it's been hard to notice in the mirror daily. Massive life implosion this spring led to significant changes in how I managed my mental health, diet, and lifestyle. When things really bottomed out I actually dropped to about 175, didn't eat much of anything for about two months and lost a ton of both muscle and fat. Slowly rebuilding better. Therapy, meds, sobriety, and TRT (legitimately prescribed and dosed) – basically a complete 180 for my overall health.
