It’s been a fight, currently plateaued so increasing protein and work out intensity, finger crossed I can go from fat and ugly to just ugly(haha) anyway here’s my cry for validation.

 It’s been a while since I posted here. Packed some muscles and lost even more bodyfat. Changed my Cardio to MMA Training three times a week. Barely doing Homeworkouts/lifting though, but I want to get into it again.
