M/45/5’11” [235 – 168 = 67lbs lost in 10 months]. Met my goal using CICO, IM, exercise, and getting sober.
My life was a shambles. Was drinking alcohol to excess daily, eating rubbish, and stuck in a loveless marriage.
Went to rehab, separated from my partner, and started really trying to look out for myself.

I know I’m still underweight but I’ve had an ED for 11 years and I’m focusing more on harm reduction than full recovery.
