M/53/5’8” [350lbs > 240lbs = 110lbs] Ongoing weight loss since 2017. I’m focusing on losing another 50 lbs after having regained 10 lbs in the past year due to a back injury and 2 bouts of Covid. I’m reducing the number of miles I’m walking and running and replacing it with resistance training.
